<p>เมื่อช่วงต้นเดือน ส.ค. 2566 สื่อท้องถิ่นในสวีเดนรายงานว่าบริษัท Spotify บริการสตรีมมิ่งยักษ์ใหญ่ของสวีเดน ได้ถอนการเจรจากับสหภาพแรงงานแล้ว หลังการเจรจาเริ่มขึ้นตั้งแต่เดือน พ.ค. 2566 จากที่ก่อนหน้านั้น กลุ่มพนักงานและสหภาพแรงงาน 3 แห่งของสวีเดน ได้เริ่มเจรจากับ Spotify เพื่อขอให้ร่างข้อตกลงสภาพการจ้างร่วมกันสำหรับพนักงาน</p>
<p>“แม้ว่าเราจะให้ความเคารพต่อการเจรจาต่อรองร่วมกัน และรูปแบบด้านแรงงานของสวีเดน แต่เงื่อนไขการจ้างงานและผลประโยชน์ที่ให้พนักงานของบริษัทเรานั้นดีพออยู่แล้ว” โฆษกของ Spotify ระบุในแถลงการณ์</p>
<p>คามิลลา แฟรงเคลิอุส (Camilla Frankelius) หัวหน้าฝ่ายเจรจาของสหภาพวิศวกรแห่งสวีเดน กล่าวว่าเธอรู้สึกเสียใจที่บริษัทฯ ถอนตัว และเสริมว่าเป้าหมายของสหภาพแรงงานยังคงมุ่งไปที่การได้ข้อตกสภาพการจ้างที่พนักงานมีส่วนร่วมในการตัดสินใจ</p>
<p>“ตอนนี้เราต้องวิเคราะห์ว่าสถานการณ์นี้มีความหมายอย่างไร และการตัดสินใจเกี่ยวกับเส้นทางข้างหน้าเพื่อปกป้องเงื่อนไขและผลประโยชน์ของพนักงาน เห็นได้ชัดว่าเราต้องการสนทนาและการเจรจาต่อไป” แฟรงเคลิอุส กล่าวกับสื่อท้องถิ่น</p>
