<p>30 ส.ค.2566 ศูนย์ทนายความเพื่อสิทธิมนุษยชน (https://twitter.com/TLHR2014/status/1696839900816187476/photo/1)รายงานว่าวันนี้ 'วารุณี' ถูกพาตัวไปพบแพทย์ที่ทัณฑสถานโรงพยาบาลราชทัณฑ์ เนื่องจากพบว่า มีอาการอ่อนเพลียมาก ต่อมาช่วงบ่ายแพทย์ได้ตรวจร่างกายแล้วและตัดสินใจให้วารุณีแอดมิทอยู่ที่โรงพยาบาลทันที</p>
<p>ศูนย์ทนายฯ ระบุถึงผลการตรวจร่างกายด้วยว่า</p>
<p>1. น้ำหนักลดลงประมาณ 4 กก. แล้ว จาก 37 กก. เหลือ 33กก.</p>
<p>2. ไม่ได้ขับถ่าย (อุจจาระ) มา 6 วันแล้ว ปัสสาวะวันละ 1 ครั้ง</p>
<p>3. ความดัน 90/64 ครั้งต่อนาที ค่าออกซิเจนในเลือดยังปกติดี ยังคงหายใจได้เอง</p>
<p>4. วารุณีปฏิเสธการรับน้ำเกลือ ปฏิเสธการกินอาหารและดื่มน้ำ โดยจะทานเพียงยารักษาโรคประจำตัว คือ โรคอารมณ์สองขั้ว (ไบโพลาร์)</p>
<p>5. ผลเลือดยังไม่ออก จึงยังไม่ทราบค่าน้ำตาลในเลือด และค่าอื่นๆ</p>
<p>ปัจจุบันวารุณีถูกคุมขังระหว่างสู้ มาเป็นเวลา 64 วันแล้ว เธออดอาหารประท้วงมาตั้งแต่วันที่ 21 ส.ค. และยกระดับอดน้ำด้วยมาตั้งแต่ 24 ส.ค. โดยมีจุดประสงค์เพื่อทวงสิทธิประกันตัวหลังจากศาลชั้นต้นมีคำพิพากษาจำคุก 3 ปีในคดีที่เธอถูกฟ้องตามมาตรา 112 มาตรา 206 และ พ.ร.บ.คอมพิวเตอร์ฯ มาตรา 14 (3) จากเหตุโพสต์ภาพ ร.10 เปลี่ยนเครื่องทรงพระแก้วมรกตเป็นชุดจากแบรนด์ Sirivannavari แต่ศาลลดโทษลงกึ่งหนึ่งเนื่องจากรับสารภาพให้จำคุก 1 ปี 6 เดือน</p>
