<p>“พี่เชื่อมั่นมากว่าคดีครอบครองระเบิดหรือประทัดเพลิงเนี่ย มันคงไม่ได้มีแค่ม็อบดินแดงหรอก มันต้องมีโจ๋ในจังหวัดไหนสักแห่งที่ได้ประกันตัว”</p>
<p>หลังกระแสชุมนุมของกลุ่ม "ราษฎร" นับตั้งแต่ปี 2563 กำเนิดขึ้น ประชาชนจำนวนมากถูกตั้งข้อหาอันเป็นผลจากการชุมนุมหรือการแสดงออกในรูปแบบต่าง ๆ</p>
<p>การแสดงออกเพื่อเรียกร้องการปฏิรูปสถาบันกษัตริย์ จนถูกดำเนินคดี ม.112 อาจเป็นกรณีที่ชัดเจนว่าเป็นคดีการเมือง แต่นอกจากนี้ก็มีผู้ชุมนุมจำนวนมากที่ถูกจับกุมและยังคงไม่ได้รับการประกันตัวจากข้อหาอันเป็นที่ถกเถียงถึงขอบเขตการแสดงออก ซึ่งผู้คนอาจไม่มั่นใจนัก หรือไม่อยากนับรวมว่าเป็นคดีการเมือง เช่น คดีครอบครองวัตถุระเบิด เผารถตำรวจ ฯลฯ โดยแทบทั้งหมดเป็นกรณีที่เกิดขึ้นกับกลุ่มผู้ชุมนุมที่ถูกเรียกรวม ๆ ว่า "ทะลุแก๊ส" หรือ "ม็อบดินแดง"</p>
<p>อะไรคือที่มาที่ไปของปรากฏการณ์ดังกล่าว
คดีเหล่านี้นับว่าเป็นคดีการเมืองหรือไม่
ผู้ต้องหาในคดีสมควรได้รับสิทธิประกันตัวเหมือนคดีอื่นไหม</p>
