<p>25 ก.ย. 2566 วันนี้ (25 ก.ย.) ศูนย์ประชาสัมพันธ์ กรมทหารราบที่ 21 รักษาพระองค์ฯ ชี้แจงต่อผู้สื่อข่าวประชาไท จากกรณีกลุ่มปกป้องสถาบันฯ เข้าไปใช้สถานที่เพื่อจัดฝึกภาคสนาม โดยระบุว่า</p>
<p>คำถามและคำตอบเพื่อชี้แจง</p>
<p><span style="color:#d35400;"><strong>1. เพราะเหตุใดจึงให้กลุ่มศรีสุริโยไทเข้าไปใช้สถานที่ในองค์กรของท่านได้</strong></span></p>
<p>ตอบ เนื่องจากคณะศรีสุริโยไทติดต่อขอเข้ามาทําการทดสอบกําลังใจ กระโดดหอสูง 34 ฟุต ในวันที่ 3 ก.ย.66 จํานวน 25 คน ไม่ได้เข้ามาทํากิจกรรมฝึกภาคสนามหรืออย่างอื่นแต่อย่างใด</p>
<p><span style="color:#d35400;"><strong>2. เพราะเหตุใดจึงปรากฏภาพ “ทหารคอแดง” อยู่ในระยะเวลาการฝึกของกลุ่มด้วย</strong></span></p>
<p>ตอบ เป็นกําลังพลที่ทําหน้าที่ให้คําแนะนําในการฝึกกระโดดหอ ซึ่งแต่งกายตามระเบียบปกติ โดยบรรยายเกี่ยวกับขั้นตอนการกระโดดหอสูง 34 ฟุต มาตรการควบคุม เพื่อให้กระโดดออกมาจากหออย่าง ปลอดภัยเท่านั้น</p>
<p><span style="color:#d35400;"><strong>3. หากมีพลเรือนกลุ่มอื่นเข้าไปใช้สถานที่ฝึกอบรมภาคสนามในลักษณะเดียวกัน จะทําได้หรือไม่</strong></span></p>
<p>ตอบ ประชาชนทั่วไปสามารถติดต่อเข้ามากระโดดหอสูง 34 ฟุตได้และไม่ใช่การฝึก ภาคสนามแต่อย่างใด โดยมีค่าใช้จ่ายในการกระโดดหอสูง 34 ฟุต 300 บาท ต่อคน</p>
<p><span style="color:#d35400;"><strong>4. สําหรับพลเรือน การขอใช้สถานที่องค์กรของท่านเพื่อฝึกภาคสนาม มีค่าใช้จ่ายและขั้นตอนการขอ อนุญาตอย่างไร</strong></span></p>
<p>ตอบ ไม่มีการจัดการฝึกภาคสนาม หรือ สนับสนุนการใช้สถานที่ฝึกภาคสนามของพลเรือน</p>
