<p>10 พ.ย. 2566 ทวิตเตอร์ (https://twitter.com/TLHR2014/status/1722831621060276712)ศูนย์ทนายความเพื่อสิทธิมนุษยชนแจ้งว่า ทนายความยื่นอุทธรณ์คำสั่งไม่ให้ประกันตัว "อานนท์ นำภา" ในคดี ม.112 ของศาลอุทธรณ์สามครั้ง โดยเป็นการยื่นอุทธรณ์คำสั่งเป็นครั้งแรกหลังอานนท์ถูกคุมขังในครั้งนี้ คำร้องยืนยันอีกครั้งว่าอานนท์ไม่เคยมีพฤติการณ์หลบหนี เคยได้รับอนุญาตให้ไปร่วมงานสิทธิมนุษยชนที่เกาหลีใต้ ก็เดินทางกลับมารายงานตัวตามนัด คำร้องจะถูกส่งไปให้ศาลฎีกาพิจารณา จับตาผลประกันตัวต่อไป</p>
<p>ขณะที่ แอมเนสตี้อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล สหรัฐอเมริกา ออกแคมเปญ (https://www.amnestyusa.org/urgent-actions/urgent-action-rights-lawyer-imprisoned-for-peaceful-protest-thailand-105-23/)ปฏิบัติการเร่งด่วนชวนเชิญสมาชิกและประชาชนส่งจดหมายถึงรัฐบาลไทยแสดงความกังวลกรณีทนายอานนท์ไม่ได้รับสิทธิประกันตัวและเรียกร้องให้ปล่อยตัวอานนท์</p>
