<span class="submitted-by">Submitted on Wed, 2024-01-03 17:40</span><div class="field field-name-body field-type-text-with-summary field-label-hidden"><div class="field-items"><div class="field-item even" property="content:encoded"><p>งบฯ 67 พบรายจ่ายเพื่อพิทักษ์รักษา เทิดทูนสถาบันกษัตริย์ ของทุกเหล่าทัพเพิ่มจากปี 66 นอกจากนี้ 'ทัพเรือ' วางวงเงินนอกงบฯ 660.2 ล้าน ในปี 67 เพื่อวางโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน ระบบโลจิสติกส์และบริการของท่าอากาศยานอู่ตะเภาและท่าเรือพาณิชย์-สัตหีบ</p> <p>ระหว่างวันที่ 3-5 ม.ค นี้ สภาผู้แทนราษฎรจะประชุมเพื่อพิจารณาร่าง พ.ร.บ.งบประมาณรายจ่ายประจําปี 67 ในวาระที่ 1 โดยประเด็นหนึ่งที่น่าสนใจตาม เอกสารงบประมาณ (เอกสารขาวคาดแดง) ที่เว็บไซต์สำนักงบประมาณเผยแพร่เผยแพร่เมื่อวันที่ 26 ธ.ค.66 นั้นคือเอกสารงบประมาณ ฉบับที่ 3 เล่มที่ 1 (https://www.bb.go.th/topic-detail.php?id=16266&mid=544&catID=0) งบประมาณรายจ่ายประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ.2567 หน่วยงานที่น่าสนใจคือ กระทรวงกลาโหม ซึ่งมีการระบุ 'เป้าหมายการให้บริการหน่วยงาน งบประมาณและประมาณการรายจ่ายล่วงหน้า ระยะปานกลาง จำแนกตามแหล่งเงิน' ผ่าน งบประมาณ และการประมาณการรายจ่ายล่วงหน้า โดยเฉพาะภารกิจที่วางเป้าหมายไว้ที่ การพิทักษ์รักษา การเทิดทูน และเฉลิมพระเกียรติสถาบันพระมหากษัตริย์ ของหน่วยงานในสังกัดกระทรวงคือ สำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงกลาโหม กองทัพบก กองทัพเรือ กองทักอากาศและกองบัญชาการกองทัพไทย พบว่ามียอดเพิ่มขึ้นจากปี 66 ทุกหน่วยงาน โดยหากรวมการวางงบประมาณและการประมาณการรายจ่ายล่วงหน้าระยะปานกลางปี 66-70 รวมแล้วกว่า 8,800 ล้านบาท</p> <p>โดยมีรายละเอียดดังนี้</p> <table class="MsoTable15Grid4Accent1" style="width:520.4pt;
