<p>ปิยบุตร แสงกนกกุล เลขาธิการคณะก้าวหน้า เสนอในรายการ สนามกฎหมาย เมื่อวันที่ 13 ม.ค.ที่ผ่านมา โดยยกข้อเสนอ 4 ข้อเกี่ยวกับปัญหาผู้ถูกดำเนินคดีทางการเมืองที่รัฐบาลสามารถทำได้แม้ไม่แก้ ม.112 พร้อมทั้งทบทวนสิ่งที่แกนนำพรรคเพื่อไทยเคยกล่าวไว้ตอนหาเสียง ประกอบด้วย</p>
<p>1. ตั้งคณะกรรมการกลั่นกรองคดีการเมือง เช่น ม.112, 116</p>
<p>2. นายกฯ ให้แนวทางปฏิบัติกับ พนง.สอบสวน โดยใช้ดุลยพินิจหากไม่เข้าองค์ประกอบความผิดก็ไม่ควรดำเนินคดีตามน้ำแบบที่ผ่านมา</p>
<p>3. ประสานความร่วมมือไปยังอัยการสูงสุดหากคดีที่ศาลชั้นต้นยกฟ้องแล้วก็ไม่ควรอุทธรณ์</p>
<p>4. ให้กรมราชทัณฑ์แยกนักโทษการเมืองออกมาคุมต่างหากไปคุมขังนอกเรือนจำ</p>
