'ทะลุวัง' ชี้ ผิดปกติ หลังทัณฑสถานแจ้ง 'บุ้ง' ป่วยหนัก แต่ไม่ประสงค์ให้ทนายหรือใครเยี่ยม

<p>31 ม.ค. 2567 ศูนย์ทนายความเพื่อสิทธิมนุษยชน (https://twitter.com/TLHR2014/status/1752555609147494749/photo/1)รายงานวันนี้ (31 ม.ค. 2567) ทนายความไม่สามารถเข้าเยี่ยม เนติพร (สงวนนามสกุล) หรือ ‘บุ้ง ทะลุวัง’ ได้ หลังเจ้าหน้าที่ทัณฑสถานแจ้งว่าบุ้งมีอาการป่วยมาก และเจ้าตัวไม่ประสงค์ให้ใครเข้าเยี่ยม โดยทนายความได้ยื่นขอเข้าเยี่ยมบุ้งทางออนไลน์ เนื่องจากยังอยู่ระหว่างการกักโรค หลังจากผ่านไปเกือบ 2 ชั่วโมง เจ้าหน้าที่ทัณฑสถานหญิงกลางแจ้งว่า “บุ้งมีอาการป่วยมากยังไม่ประสงค์ให้ใครเยี่ยมในตอนนี้”</p>
<p>วันนี้นับเป็นวันที่ 5 ที่บุ้งอดอาหารและน้ำประท้วง เพื่อเรียกร้องสิทธิประกันตัว</p>

<p>ขณะที่เฟซบุ๊กเพจ “ทะลุวัง - ThaluWang” (https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100077925785320) โพสต์แสดงความคิดเห็นว่า “ไม่มีทางที่บุ้งจะไม่ประสงค์ให้คนนอกเยี่ยม เราต้องการให้เรือนจำแจ้งมาโดยด่วนว่าเกิดอะไรขึ้นกับบุ้งกันแน่” พร้อมตั้งข้อสังเกตว่าเมื่อไม่มีหลักฐานใดมายืนยันว่าบุ้งอยู่หรือตาย และทนายความยืนยันว่าต้องขอเจอบุ้งให้ได้ เพื่อให้ทราบความจริง ปรากฎว่าทางเรือนจำเอาเอกสารการเข้าเยี่ยมที่มีลายมือบุ้งเซ็นชื่อมาให้ดู โดยตรงช่อง "ให้เข้าพบ" มีลายมือคนขีดไว้ แต่มีรอยลิควิดลบ และตรงช่อง "ไม่ให้เข้าพบ" มีรอยปากกาขีดทับไว้</p>
