<p>4 ก.พ. 2567 นายวิโรจน์ ลักขณาอดิศร สส.บัญชีรายชื่อ พรรคก้าวไกล ประธาน กมธ.การทหาร ทวีตข้อความ (https://twitter.com/wirojlak/status/1753934944852979945) ระบุว่าประชาชนจำนวนมากสอบถาม กมธ.การทหาร เข้ามาว่าใบ สด.43 ของตนเอง เป็น “ใบ สด.43 แท้” หรือว่าเป็น “ใบ สด.43 ก๊อปเกรดเอ” เพราะได้มาตามคำแนะนำของสัสดี</p>
<p>เดี๋ยวจะทำหนังสือถึง ผบ.นรด.ว่าประชาชนที่สงสัยน่าจะหลายแสนคน จะขอตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของใบ สด.43 ของตนเองได้จากที่ไหน อย่างไร</p>
<p>ก่อนหน้านี้ มีการตั้งประเด็นข้อสงสัยต่อใบ สด.43 ของนายจิรัฏฐ์ ทองสุวรรณ์ สส.ฉะเชิงเทรา พรรคก้าวไกล ว่าได้มาโดยถูกต้องหรือไม่ เนื่องจากนายจิรัฏฐ์ไม่ได้เข้ารับการเกณฑ์ทหารเมื่อปี 2555 ซึ่งทำให้นายจิรัฏฐ์ถูกศาลพิพากษาจำคุก 1 เดือน รอลงอาญา แต่ไม่ปรากฏหลักฐานว่าหลังจากนั้นนายจิรัฏฐ์ได้เข้าไปเป็นทหาร หรือจับใบดำใบแดงอีกเลย โดยนายนายจิรัฏฐ์เคยชี้แจงเรื่องดังกล่าวนี้ว่า ตนได้ใบ สด.43 ในวันที่ไปศาล และจับใบดำใบแดงในเวลาต่อมา แต่จำไม่ได้ว่า 1 วันหรือ 1 ปี หลังจากขึ้นศาล ทำให้มีข้อพิรุธว่านายจิรัฏฐ์ได้ใบ สด.43 จริงหรือไม่</p>
<p>ขณะที่ พล.ท.ทวีพูล ริมสาคร ผู้บัญชาการหน่วยบัญชาการรักษาดินแดน (ผบ.นรด.) เคยแถลงข่าวเรื่องนี้ว่าการได้ใบ สด.43 ที่ถูกต้องนั้น ต้องได้มาในวันที่ไปเข้ารับการเกณฑ์ทหาร และรับจากมือประธานคณะกรรมการตรวจเลือกเท่านั้น ถ้าไม่เป็นไปตามนี้ ก็ถือว่าเป็นใบ สด.43 ปลอม จึงกำลังดำเนินการแจ้งความเอาผิดนายจิรัฏฐ์ในข้อหาปลอมแปลงเอกสาร</p>
