<p>1 มี.ค. 2567 ประชาไทได้รับแจ้งว่าเมื่อเวลา 8:00 น. ที่สำนักงานสวัสดิการและคุ้มครองแรงงาน จังหวัดปทุมธานี กลุ่มสหภาพแรงงานย่านรังสิตและใกล้เคียง นายเซีย จำปาทอง สมาชิกสภาผู้แทนราษฎร แบบบัญชีรายชื่อ ปีกแรงงานของพรรคก้าวไกล นายสกล สุนทรวาณิชย์กิจ สส. แบบแบ่งเขต จ.ปทุมธานี พรรคก้าวไกล นำอดีตลูกจ้างยื่นคำร้องต่อพนักงานตรวจแรงงานหลังเมื่อวานนี้ (29 ก.พ. 2567) บริษัท โฟเซร่า จำกัด ได้รับหนังสือบอกเลิกจ้างพนักงานทุกคนจำนวน 53 คน โดยมีผลในวันนี้ (1 มี.ค. 2567)</p>
<p>อดีตลูกจ้างจำนวน 32 คน กังวลว่าจะไม่ได้รับเงินชดเชยตามกฎหมาย เพราะหนังสือบอกเลิกจ้างไม่ได้ระบุว่าจะจ่ายเงินชดเชยภายในวันใด ทั้งนี้ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองแรงงานนายจ้างต้องจ่ายเงินชดเชยทันที</p>
<p>บริษัท โฟเซร่า จำกัด มีโรงงานผลิตระบบผลิตไฟฟ้าพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ครัวเรือน ตั้งอยู่ในจังหวัดปทุมธานี โดยสำนักงานใหญ่อยู่ในประเทศเยอรมนี </p>
