<p>10 มี.ค. 2567 ทวิตเตอร์ของศูนย์ทนายความเพื่อสิทธิมนุษยชน (https://twitter.com/TLHR2014/status/1766740405339689186) รายงานว่าหลังจาก ทิชา ณ นคร ผู้อำนวยการศูนย์ฝึกและอบรมเด็กและเยาวชน บ้านกาญจนาภิเษก ยื่นหนังสือขอให้ศาลพิจารณาทบทวนคำสั่งอนุญาตฝากขัง ทานตะวัน ตัวตุลานนท์ (ตะวัน) และณัฐนนท์ ไชยมหาบุตร (แฟรงค์) ผู้ต้องหาในความผิดตาม ม.116 ที่พนักงานสอบสวน สน.ดินแดง ยื่นคำร้องขอฝากขังผัดที่ 3 </p>
<p>ก่อนศาลรับคำร้อง แล้วพิเคราะห์ว่าแม้ผู้ต้องหาทั้งสองมีอาการวิกฤตตามที่ผู้ร้องอ้างแต่เมื่อผู้ร้องทั้งสองอยู่ภายใต้ความดูแลของแพทย์อย่างใกล้ชิดเชื่อว่าผู้ต้องหาจะไม่เป็นอันตรายถึงแก่ชีวิตกรณีนี้ไม่มีเหตุเปลี่ยนแปลงคำสั่งเดิม ทำให้ตะวันและแฟรงค์ต้องถูกคุมตัวเองต่อไป</p>
