<p>จากตอนที่ 1 ประชาไทและอธึกกิต แสวงสุข คอลัมนิสต์อิสระ สัมภาษณ์พิเศษ ‘วรเจตน์ ภาคีรัตน์’ ศาสตราจารย์และอาจารย์จากคณะนิติศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ ถึงความเห็นต่อคดีล้มล้างการปกครองจากการแก้มาตรา 112 ของพรรคก้าวไกล โดยเฉพาะรัฐธรรมนูญ มาตรา 49 ที่สร้างอำนาจศาลมหาศาล “ตัดวงจรอื่นโฉบเข้ามาเอาอันนี้ไปตัดสินคดี” ทั้งที่ผู้ร้องเคยร้องคณะกรรมการการเลือกตั้ง (กกต.) แต่ กกต.ไม่รับ รวมทั้งตุลาการอย่างน้อย 4 คน เห็นว่าเสนอแก้ มาตรา 112 ต่อสภาไม่ผิดมาตรา 49 แต่กลับไม่มีการแยกโหวตประเด็นนี้ จึงออกมาเป็นคำวินิจฉัยกลาง 9:0 ไปแล้วนั้น</p>

<p>ตอนที่ 2 นี้ วรเจตน์ ตั้งข้อสังเกตว่าคำวินิจฉัยศาลรัฐธรรมนูญอาจชวนให้สงสัยว่าแท้จริงแล้วเราอยู่ในระบอบอะไร? โดยพิจารณาตามหลักการตีความทางกฎหมาย รวมถึงเจาะลึกการที่ศาลพยายามเชื่อมโยงกฎหมายอาญา มาตรา 112 เข้ากับมาตรา 6 ในรัฐธรรมนูญฉบับปัจจุบัน และชี้ว่าควรตีความมาตรา 6 อย่างไร
