<p>บันทึกถ่ายทอดการสนทนากับ กฤษฎา ธีระโกศลพงศ์ คณะสังคมสงเคราะห์ศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ และอดีตหัวหน้าคณะทำงานฯ กมธ.การแรงงาน ว่าด้วยมุมมองหลังคณะกรรมการค่าจ้าง เคาะขึ้นค่าแรง 400 บาทต่อวัน แต่เป็นเฉพาะสถานประกอบการธุรกิจโรงแรม 4 ดาว มีลูกจ้าง 50 คนขึ้นไป และเพียงในพื้นที่ 10 ตำบล-เขตท่องเที่ยว ทั้งที่ เศรษฐา ทวีสิน นายกฯ เคยตอบกับสภาเมื่อวันที่ 12 ก.ย.66 ยืนยันว่าตั้งเป้าขึ้นค่าแรงขั้นต่ำเป็น 400 บาทโดยเร็วที่สุด และช่วงหาเสียงยืนยันว่าจะขึ้นทันที 400 บาทในปีหน้า</p>
<p>พร้อมทั้งชวนคุยถึงข้อเสนอ ค่าแรงขั้นต่ำบนหลักการ 'living wage' ที่ไม่ควรต่ำกว่า 21,688.75 บาทต่อเดือน หรือ 723 บาทต่อวัน กรณีผู้ที่ไม่มีสมาชิกพึ่งพิงในครัวเรือน รวมทั้งมติของคณะกรรมการสิทธิมนุษยชนแห่งชาติ ล่าสุดที่ระบุว่ากรณีบริษัทแพลตฟอร์มไม่นับ “ไรเดอร์” เป็นลูกจ้างทั้งที่บริษัทมีอำนาจควบคุมและลงโทษเหมือนเป็นลูกจ้างไม่ใช่หุ้นส่วนอย่างที่บริษัทอ้าง ถือว่าเป็นการละเมิดสิทธิแรงงาน ผิดกฎหมายแรงงานและประกันสังคม เสนอให้แก้ไขปรับค่าแรงและสวัสดิการต่างๆ เหมือนเป็นลูกจ้างตามกฎหมาย</p>
